Corporate law is the path I have followed since the beginning of my university studies. Through my early experience in law firms and accountancy firms, I acquired the rigour that enabled me to join Sense Avocats.

I am responsible for assisting companies with corporate law matters, including sales, acquisitions, fundraising, structuring, restructuring, and transfers, as well as commercial law matters (drafting of fund transfers, lease management, transfer of lease rights, etc.). I bring the same energy and passion to my work with corporate groups, start-ups, family-owned businesses, and artisans.

I also offer my expertise and advice on commercial and professional leases, assisting tenants and landlords in negotiations, drafting leases and renewals, monitoring leases, and in pre-litigation phases. I also apply this expertise to acquisition audits and vendor due diligence.
