I did a double degree in business school and then a master's degree in business law, with the aim of gaining a multidisciplinary education geared towards the business world. I was able to continue my apprenticeship by working in the personal and corporate tax departments of major international law firms. Arthur Andersen from 1999 and then Landwell & Partners, to name but a few, taught me the rigour and demands of my profession as a tax lawyer. On the strength of this Parisian experience, I returned to my roots in the south of France, with a fierce determination to develop the skills I had acquired there, while broadening the scope of my practice.

With a specialisation in tax law, I have developed within the firm the legal and tax skills needed to help business owners optimise their professional and personal assets (structuring, transfer, etc.) These cross-disciplinary skills, acquired over many years of study and professional experience, also enable me to advise all those involved in business investment and transfer on all private equity transactions (capital transfer, fund raising, etc.), including investment funds.
