Thanks to a rigorous university education and a number of years' professional experience in international law firms, I have developed in-depth expertise in business law and finance. My aim is to provide clients with a pragmatic and strategic approach, combining legal rigour with an understanding of the economic issues at stake.

I work with entrepreneurs and company directors to ensure the legal security of their transactions (share transfers, business transfers, capital restructuring, fund-raising, etc.).

With a view to developing and training with experienced lawyers who share the same professional values, I joined Sense Avocats and work mainly alongside David Sitri, Daria Sauer and Florence Taupenas-Sasso to strengthen the team on corporate and commercial law issues and on financing transactions (bank and bond).
