With a Master II in International Corporate Transactions and Taxation from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, I trained at leading international law firms and in the M&A department of a banking institution, developing in-depth expertise in a wide range of transactions, including strategic acquisitions, spin-offs, joint ventures, and restructurings, for an international clientele.
Throughout my career, I have acquired expertise in private equity, working on fundraising, capital restructuring, and divestitures and investor exits, adopting a constructive approach focused on creating value for all stakeholders.

Furthermore, I assist executives with their day-to-day corporate law issues, in particular in relation to governance, shareholder agreements, and capital transactions.
