After graduating from the Institute of Business Law in Aix-en-Provence, I enrolled at EMLYON Business School to acquire a multidisciplinary education. I became particularly interested in the cross-functional aspects of business operations.
After completing this dual degree program, I joined a leading French law firm specializing in corporate law, then an international law firm assisting companies with their strategic development projects.
During these professional experiences, I was involved in restructuring operations, acquisitions and disposals of companies, LBOs, and legal monitoring of corporate groups.
