During my university studies at the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Aix-en-Provence, I decided to specialize in corporate law.

It was during my first experience in Paris that I passed the CRFPA exam at the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Once back in Marseille, I was able to work in a number of law firms and in a judicial representative's office. This enabled me to consolidate my mastery of the practical aspects of corporate law. I particularly appreciate teamwork in the service of my clients.

My work focuses on the legal monitoring of companies, as well as all corporate sales, acquisitions and restructuring operations.
