Knowing how to find the right legal tool and combine it with others to provide a relevant response to your needs, this dimension of creation inherent in our profession, but necessarily framed by the bulwark of legal risk, are all reasons that led me to push open the door to the Faculty of Law in Toulon, then Aix-en-Provence, where I obtained a Master II in Corporate Law and Taxation, and the DJCE.

After spending a few years as a legal advisor in an accountancy firm, I decided to become a true legal technician, and obtained my Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat). After obtaining my diploma, I joined Sense Avocats in January 2013.

I specialise in corporate law, transfers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
