A graduate of the Centre du Droit de l'Entreprise de Montpellier, I have always worked for leading French law firms advising French and international companies, or involved in corporate finance operations (financing, LBOs, private equity, restructuring and M&A).
Since 2004, I have been assisting companies and their executives in all aspects of employment law.
I am involved both in restructuring operations (acquisition audits, VDD, social impact of company transfers, collective redundancies) and in day-to-day operations (drafting contracts and collective agreements, disciplinary law, staff representation, social status of managers)

I also work alongside companies and executives before all employment law courts (industrial tribunal litigation and social security law litigation) or in pre-litigation situations, with a strong preference for Amicable Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation. On the strength of my experience, I will be joining Sense Avocats in 2021. I am a member of the Employment Law Commission and the Amicable Dispute Resolution Commission of the Marseille Bar. I am also a lecturer at the University of Aix-Marseille.
