We deal with complex commercial procedures (shareholders conflicts, implementation of seller's warranty, breach of contractual obligations, commercial leases), social procedures (contestation of dismissals, URSSAF litigation), the complete follow-up of tax procedures (from the taxpayer's observations to the defense of the brief before the Administrative Court of Appeal), debt collection litigation, but also certain civil litigation in relation to our entrepreneurial clients. We handle both the transactional aspects prior to litigation, and the litigation procedure itself.
